
Cancellation Policy for Boat Trips
Cancellations after booking: Passengers may cancel their booking within 48 hours of payment, provided that it is not a last-minute booking, in which case cancellation is not possible. After this period, no cancellations, refunds or changes will be accepted.
Cancellations before departure: If the cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the departure time, no refund will be made, except in duly justified cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
Weather conditions: Weather conditions will be assessed exclusively by P&M Boat Trips. In the event of bad weather (heavy rain or wind that prevents safe navigation), a new date will be proposed. If it is not possible to reschedule, the amount paid will be refunded.
Vouchers or Gift Cards: Gift vouchers are for single use only. If the customer cancels without just cause after confirmation of the departure, the voucher will be cancelled, with no right to a refund or rescheduling.
Partial cancellation of the contracted time: If the customer decides to use less time than booked, no discounts or refunds will be applied. 100% of the contracted time will be paid.
Mechanical failure: In the event of technical problems with the boat, advance notice will be given and a solution will be sought or the total amount of the booking will be refunded.
